I Timothy 3:16 Is Another Verse That Calls Jesus God

I Timothy 3:16 reads “… God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.” The NKJV has it “God was manifested in the flesh, … Received up in glory.”The Father never came in the flesh nor ascended into heaven, so this person manifested in the flesh and received up into glory is obviously none other than Jesus, and this verse plainly calls Him God. We can either try to get around the force of this text, or just submissively accept it at face value. The Biblical evidence for the deity of Christ is overwhelming!
