We Must Be Baptized To Be "Of Christ"

I Corinthians 1:12-13 reads “Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ. Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?”This passage teaches that for a person to be "of Paul," two things would have had to have been true:1. Paul must have been crucified for that person.2. That person would have to be baptized in the name of Paul.Likewise then, this passage also implies that for a person to be "of Christ," two things would have to be true:1. Christ must have been crucified for that person.2. That person would have to be baptized in the name of Christ. The UNAVOIDABLE conclusion then is that one must be baptized in the name of Christ to be "of Christ" (a Christian). That’s saying the same thing as Galatians 3:27 when it teaches one must be baptized in order to “put on Christ.” Does anybody out there think one can be saved without being “of Christ” / without “putting on Christ”?
