Kingdom = Heaven (sometimes)
Many times the word “kingdom” in the New Testament refers to Jesus (as King) plus the same people the term “church” refers to (the saved). But sometimes “kingdom” refers to heaven – as in the following passages …II Tim 4:18 “And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever.
