The Law Of Moses Condemned Homosexuality, Putting It In The Same Category As Beastiality

Leviticus 18:22 reads “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.” The very next verse says “Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.” Do you see how the old testament law calls homosexuality an abomination, and puts it in the same category as having sex with an animal?This is repeated in Leviticus 20:13-15: If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. … And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast. And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.Those who claim to be Christians but excuse the practice of homosexuality put themselves in a quandary. The way they reason on passages like these in Leviticus, it would be impossible for them to prove bestiality is wrong. This shows their position is absurd. Homosexuality is sinful (Romans 1:26-27) and such a person can only be saved if he quits committing his sexual immorality (Revelation 21:8).
