How Could Our Election To Salvation Be Conditional ?

Notice three Bible illustrations …In Judges 7:4-7 God elected who would go into battle (300) with Gideon conditionally, based upon who drank water by putting their hand to their mouth, as opposed to those who got down on their knees to drink.God said in Joshua 6:2ff “I have given into thine hand Jericho.” So God had chosen to give the Israelites the city, yet remember they still had to walk around the city 13 times in order to get it.In Acts 27:22-23,34b the angel of God told Paul there would be no loss of life on his voyage.
